Took her out at Point Roadknight for a few small peelers last night as the wind swung SW late in the day, and surf a solid 3 hours at Main Beach this morning, its an amazing ride.

The New Log
Hoapili, the new log has now arrived. After a long wait, NOV 09 - she arrived on Saturday, the day of the old mal comp at Ocean Grove. Dave Boyd at Imperial Surfboards has shaped an equiste heavy, glassed in fin, traditional log for me, volume held at the way down the length of the board, wide tail, stepped deck, concave in the nose, beautiful. Jordie Brown of Hightide surfboards has glassed and polished, 3 tone blue tints, glassed in leggie loop. Stunning!
